Welcome to Persona.Travel — a digital ecosystem providing premium travel services, including VIP lounge and business lounge bookings, meet & assist, educational travel opportunities, and luxury experiences across global destinations.

By using Persona.Travel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
 
Persona.Travel is a curated service, referred to hereafter as “we,” “us,” or “our.” We offer travel coordination and booking services through our digital platform at www.persona.travel and associated subdomains.
 
The platform is operated by MRVL Gulf L.L.C-FZ and offers premium travel-related services. Please read them carefully.​

2. Scope of Services
We facilitate:

  • Booking of VIP and Business Lounges at airports worldwide

  • Meet & Assist services, including fast-track, baggage support, and escort

  • Educational Travel, such as study tours and international learning programs

  • Luxury Travel service,s including curated itineraries and concierge experiences

All services are provided subject to availability and to the terms of our partner providers.

3. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating a booking or account

You may use our services on behalf of others (e.g., a family member or client), but you are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.

  • All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes and service fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless specified differently for certain services or accounts.

  • Some services (e.g., lounge access) are non-refundable after a certain cutoff. You will be informed of cancellation terms before confirming.

For corporate or white-label clients, customized payment and cancellation terms may apply under separate agreements.

5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

  • You may request changes or cancellations via your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Each service (e.g., fast track, lounge, or learning tour) may be subject to specific terms set by our partners.

  • We will assist you with cancellation where possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund if the service provider denies it.

No-show or failure to present required documents (e.g., passport, boarding pass) may result in full charge.

6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Use our services lawfully and respectfully

  • Refrain from disrupting service functionality or other users' experiences

  • Do not use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or commercial reselling purposes without our written consent

7. Third-Party Providers
Our platform connects you to verified third-party providers. While we do our best to vet and partner with high-quality vendors, Persona.Travel is not liable for delays, service quality, or damages caused by third-party partners.
We act as a facilitator and not as the final service provider, unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service involved in the claim

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all services will be error-free

9. Privacy and Data Use
Your use of Persona.Travel is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the site, you consent to the collection and processing of your data per those policies.

All content on this website — including branding, logos, content, software, and design — is the property of Persona.Travel or its partners are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any content without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

12. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of EU, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or platform notice. Continued use of Persona.Travel after changes implies acceptance.
